FSU football fans will have plenty to root for in on Sunday as one former Nole takes the field for a chance to win Super Bowl LIII.
What started nearly six months ago with dozens of former FSU football stars taking the field for the 32 teams that make up the National Football League has come to this point – where we are down to the final game of the pro football season and a chance for one former Nole to add his name to the list of greats that won it all.
Not only does that one player have a chance become the next former FSU football star to hoist the Lombardi Trophy, but also could join a select group of players who were able to win both a Super Bowl title to go along with the national title they won while playing for the Seminoles.
Of course, to do that they must get past a team from the New England area who has done nothing but go to half of the last 18 Super Bowls and pretty much be the last great dynasty in all of professional sports – you know, an was task. Here’s a preview of both teams and tonight’s game you will see with kickoff at 6:30 p.m. on CBS.
