FSU staff extends several new offers over the weekend

The Florida State coaching staff has been busy sending out new scholarship offers the past few days.

Here’s a rundown of the latest FSU offers:

2019 three-star offensive tackle Darius Washington was offered on Monday night. The Mississippi State commitment visited FSU unofficially in December, FSU will try to set up an official visit before Signing Day.

2020 four-star running back Michael Drennen II was offered on Sunday. The talented athlete from Dublin, Ohio could play running back or slot receiver in FSU’s scheme.

2020 tight end Jonathan Odom was offered over the weekend. He is the son of former UF offensive lineman Jason Odom.

2020 safety Jalil Core was offered over the weekend. Core wasn’t the only Armwood player offered, the FSU staff also extended a new offer to 2021 defensive lineman Desmond Watson. The 6-foot-5, 315-pound big man has already picked up offers from UGA, FSU, OSU, UF and more.

2021 four-star WR Shadrach Banks picked up an offer from Kendal Briles on Sunday. Banks, 6-foot and 200-pounds, is from Houston, Texas.

2021 quarterback Dematrius Davis tweeted on Tuesday afternoon that the staff had offered him today.
