No. 17/19 Florida State travels to face Georgia Tech on Saturday at 2 p.m. from McCamish Pavilion in Atlanta, Ga.

The Seminoles (19-5, 7-4 ACC) are looking to extend their six-game Atlantic Coast Conference winning streak against the Jackets (11-14, 3-9 ACC). The school record for consecutive ACC wins is seven. They achieved that feat during the 2011-12 season, when the Seminoles won the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament.

FSU is also looking for their third consecutive ACC road victory. FSU hasn’t won three consecutive ACC road games since the 2011-12 season.

Hello again: The game marks the second game of the season between the Seminoles and the Yellow Jackets with the Seminoles taking the first meeting of the season between the two teams, 59-49, at the Donald L. Tucker Center in Tallahassee on February 2, 2019. The Seminoles have swept the Yellow Jackets in regular season play seven times before. FSU leads the all-time series against the Yellow Jackets, 41-29. FSU has won two in a row in the series, including their last trip to Atlanta, Ga. Leonard Hamilton is 15-7 against Georgia Tech, including a 13-7 mark at Florida State.

Going for 20: With a win on Saturday, FSU will achieve 20 wins on the season. It would mark the school-record tying fourth consecutive season the Seminoles would have won 20 games with both four-year 20-win stretch seasons coming under 17th-year Head Coach Leonard Hamilton. The Seminoles also won at least 20 game in four consecutive seasons from 2009-12.

Competitive in the ACC: The Seminoles are one of seven ACC teams who begin play this weekend with seven or more wins and four or fewer ACC losses.

Up next: Following Saturday’s game at Georgia Tech, the Seminoles will travel to play at both Clemson (February 19, 9:00 p.m.) and No. 8/8 North Carolina (February 23, 3;45 p.m.) before returning to Tallahassee for a three-game home stand beginning with Notre Dame (February 25 at 7:00 p.m.)
