After going 3-0 over the past week, Florida State Basketball is back into the Top 10 of the Associated Press Top 25. The Seminoles are ranked No. 9 in this week’s poll.
It marks the second time this season has been ranked in the Top 10. It is their highest ranking of the season.
FSU defeated Southeast Missouri and North Florida at home before dominating Saint Louis in the Orange Bowl Basketball Classic from Sunrise, Fla.
They are now 11-1 on the season.
The Seminoles will not play a game before next week’s poll is released.
FSU returns to action on Jan. 1st when they wrap non-conference play with a home game against Winthrop. They open Atlantic Coast Conference play on Jan. 5th when they travel to face No. 4 Virginia.
Duke is ranked No. 1 in the AP Top 25.

How the voters voted in the AP Top 25
Florida State is ranked No. 9 in the AP Top 25.
They were ranked as high as No. 7 and as low as No. 16 – the lone voter who had them lower than No. 14 on their ballot.
A total of 23 voters placed them at No. 9. They also received 15 votes at both No. 8 and No. 10.
Only nine voters have FSU outside the Top 10.
Voting for the Seminoles has become largely concentrated in the Top 10.
FSU also at No. 9 in Coaches Poll
Florida State is also ranked at No. 9 in the updated Coaches Poll, which was released on Monday.
Virginia is ranked No. 1 in the poll.

NET Rankings Update for FSU
Florida State is now ranked No. 30 in the updated NET Rankings.
The Seminoles are 6-0 at home, 1-0 in true road games and 4-1 in neutral-site games.
